Very interesting. Not keen on his overuse of the word 'crap' though. 'Poor' or 'need better than that' or such terms are more encouraging,no?

He’s probably the more hard or “dick” coach of the coaching staff, it’s not uncommon to have that, there’s probably another coach who’s more encouraging with words. We do this with my coaching staff as well. Good cop bad cop you know.. just my thoughts

@@CoachWG I've not seen or spoken to John since I was 18 I'm 53 now (how did that happen lol) my memories of him are of a really decent lad who was my captain at St Michael's 1st 11, I knew he always wanted to be involved in football (didn't we all lol) and I knew he worked at Watford as a development officer, if your in touch with him send him my best if he remembers me lol ps. I have a great team photo of the 6 side team, taken at Leeds utds old training ground Fullerton Park lol
