To have a winning record year after year with the struggles at QB that Tomlin has had needs to be commended. A lot of teams have way better qbs and do nothing but lose year after year case in point LA Chargers

Tomlin is living off what he inherited from Cowher. Tomlin is a mid head coach at best and would be a hell of a DC somewhere with the right OC.

Would love to see Coach Tomlin leave the Steelers and start fresh somewhere that is less tried to tradition. I think he would love the chance to build his own roster and open up the offense. Coaching Pittsburgh, like Dallas or the Raiders, can be a thankless job.

I’m not a Tomlin or a Steelers fan. I get tired of the complaining about not enough minority coaches, but I respect the heck out of Tomlin. I’d like to see Tomlin try a new organization. It worked for Big Red in KC.

Tomlin won 1 Superbowl with the team Bill Cowher gave him when he retired, that team was loaded and he couldn't win another with Rothlisberger? Tomlin wasted Ben Rothlisbergers career😂 he's no better than Mike McCarthy who has a better win % and 1 Superbowl. How many SBs does John Harbaugh have?

Harbs won a Super Bowl 2012 while Tomlin did in 08. And Tomlin has missed the playoffs 6 times to harbaugh 5. He’s a winner but not won a playoff game since 2016 8 years ago

You can say he gets more out of less, which is questionable, but even if i grant you that, he is THE WORSE time management and end of the game situations, that has been allowed to still be coaching. Many others have been fired, but he still exists.

Sorry as a die hard Steelers fan the only reason Tomlin has never had a losing season is because of having a HOF qb the majority of his career that covered up a lot of Tomlins shortcomings until Ben just couldn't do it anymore.If Ben would have had Cowher his whole career Ben would have more than 2 rings.

Big Ben retired awhile ago and the Steelers were in the playoffs this past season.A stud QB is needed more than ever in today's NFL.Defenses have become so talented that subpar QB play can't cut it.Coming from a dolphins fan btw.

I just watched that epic debate with Matt over the top 10 QBs and Troy aikman from last year and it was great!! We need more good debates like that and hopefully this delivers! Of course he’s the best coach in the NFL he’s the last of a dying breed
