You are tooo good mam! Please make a video on food for players. What yo eat what not yo eat.

Thank you very much. 😁 Noting that request but people who know me, know that I love food! Hahaha so i would say lessen the junk but do not deprive yourself from eating happy food in moderation 😉😁😋🏸

I am a right hander, also a beginner. When talking shuttle coming to my left side, I try to take with backhand. At time I feel my shoulder getting tightened or difficulty to move spontaneously, finally I failed to hit the shuttle.
@CoachKennieAsuncion2 жыл бұрын
If the backhand area is where it is difficult for you, you can position your racket favoring it slightly to the backhand so you can return it better😁🏸

Another super video coach, these are so great.👌👌Would you recommend to practice the footwork drills every day?
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Hi Mark! Thanks for enjoying the videos. Yes I would recommend doing footwork drills everyday. You can never go wrong working on those movements as long as you them correctly and have targets! On certain days you can target the speed on days you feel more tired just do it for the muscle memory. Thanks again! 😁🏸

Since you are teaching foundation skills, a in depth view of the SPLIT STEP will be nice. It looks natural on advanced players but it's not a thing that comes without focused training. Timing and feet orientation are underrated details that make it seamless and are hard to grasp. Don't mind the clip length because this is a keystone of the game.

Hello mam, I like to play badminton very much. But I can't hold the rocket with right grip... When I am trying to hit the cock, I am getting the pain on my wrist and back of right hand.and also I got some swelling in my back on right side, please suggest me to to avoid these kind of issues,
@CoachKennieAsuncion2 жыл бұрын
Take your time in doing it correctly. Dont rush it. When u get it right, most shots will fall in place. Nothing is suppose to swell and be painful. Pls have it checked so it doesnt progress to more pain or get other areas painful.😁🏸hope u feel better soon😁

When u make mistakes stop reinforcing it to yourself that you keep making mistakes. Instead focus to find a solution to your mistakes. A negative mind will not give positive results. Do your best to make a positive decision to find solutions😁🏸

For me forehand clear could not grip well..
@CoachKennieAsuncion3 жыл бұрын
Forehand grip is like shaking someones hand. That is the most common and waiting grip. Take time to practice with it more often, you just need time to work on it! 😁🏸

What is the best position to throw the shuttle to the player for practicing defend foot work

How to improve speed on the court? Any exercise that you can recomend?
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
You have to practice footwork a lot, it can be practicing per area of footwork like the one i featured such as v front, vback, defense, moving forward and back and i will eventually do the whole court of footwork which is a combination of all footwork. Do these as often as you can with the intent of speeding your movement & i believe your speed will improve but that coupled with running (jogs & sprints) will also help. I will keep your request in mind & do a feature on it. Thank u🏸🏸
