I've been studying social dynamics for over 15 years and I'd say most, if not all of what she is saying is on point. I want to add something about the eye-contact thing. If a woman looks at you and then looks down, it is a sign of submission. If you see this, she's likely attracted to you. It's then your job as a man to figure out on a scale of one to 10 what level of attraction she's feeling and then calibrate your approach/interaction accordingly. If she looks to the side after making eye contact, that is a sign she is unsure about you. This puts her attraction for you in the 1-5 range. Again socially calibrate accordingly. If she looks up after making eye contact with you, she's not interested. She sees herself as above/better than you. Remember, women want to be with a man they perceive as better than them. This creator is generating some valuable material, but know that these are the very, very basics she's teaching. The rabbit hole goes much, much deeper.

Help me guys I met a girl who is a friend of a friend for the first time the other day. I can't tell if she was lowkey into me or if it was in my head. As always, I really enjoy the way Melannie speaks so cheerfully and presents her topics. But, as always, I must say I never experienced women sending any of these obvious or not-so-obvious signals except very rarely in life. Even in college, the women were mostly serious, or withdrawn, and seemingly quite disinterested, certainly not the giggly "little girl" image discussed here. I have enough self confidence and qualities to know I should be desirable to women, but I almost never encountered girls behaving in the ways described in this video. I think it's more so the environment that trips me up and the fact that I see this person often. Although I can deal with rejection I kinda want to be more sure than usual that it'll swing my way. But there is also this professional environment that at least to me makes me feel like I'm not in control. Perhaps it's the fact there is other barbers around and people in the waiting area so finding that opening is tough.
