@MrSolokidCudiDolo of course there is- zone offense is an offense that is set against a zone defense, and man to man is offense is against man to man defense

zone offense is one with less screens and more about movement to get the zone moving so you can find weaknesses either for shots or for cuts....man to man offense is more about screening to get mis-matches or screening to get open shots or drives to the basket to exploit the man to man defense

just watch the video a lot of time to totally understand every slight movement and practice it every time you can with your buddies. i guarantee you you'll master it in no time. just remember... our biggest obstacle in life is OURSELVES.

half court is the hardest play ever
