Linda, I love the way you think to use things that others would throw away. This is a fabulous piece of art xx

Wow Linda, I just absolutely love everything about this piece. I still haven't poured my 1st resin. I have my turtle glued down and have the glass I want to use. I even have the back taped off. I don't know why I'm so afraid of just doing it. I even bought a respirator. Anyway, have a great weekend. Much love from Texas ❤🤠

I was in your “boat” once too. My passion is the guitar and music. When someone asks me advice about writing a song my first tip is this…do NOT think you are going to make a masterpiece the first time out. Write your song. The main goal is to finish it..nothing else matters. The same goes for this medium. Just finish it…if it comes out ugly, you’ll learn why……but it won’t. I promise you this. ❤❤❤

@@sandynuber1509 Don’t be too critical. You might make mistakes, but trust me, only you will notice them. You can ask any artist, regardless of medium, they know the flaws in their creation, whether it’s a painting or a song. Yet, we think it’s perfect. Enjoy!

This was an incredible project. I agree with one of the comments…you have a gift for deciding on the choice of materials…but more importantly, you have a keen eye for composition. Looking at this piece makes me feel a cool ocean breeze, the smell is salty air. I miss having easy access to the ocean. ❤

Thank you! 😊 You should try it I have about a dozen different size white ones and then about a year ago I picked up a tub full all different woods and sizes that looked like they were display pieces at a cabinet store. I think I only used one.

Beautiful! I bought six cabinet doors from Habitat for $2.00 each! They are nice old looking ones too and I can't wait to use them. Thanks for the great idea! Also, can you add the link for the 36 grit sand you use in your tumbler? I have had issues with mine. It's 80 grit and gets thick.
@crazyglasslady Жыл бұрын
Thank you! So I just went to Amazon and I can't find it any more all I see is the 60/90 HMM What do you mean it gets thick. Do you think you are putting too much in ?
