Can US citizens get access to fish your brookies? What is required for access, a guide? and are there limited "beats?"

Have there been any forest fires along the streams, rivers and lakes that run into Lake Superior in Ontario, Canada? The reason I'm asking this question is because I'm curious if the old growth upland trees that have encroached upon the streambanks of the streams, river and lakes have been burnt down and replaced with native riparian zone trees and shrubs on the streambanks of streams, rivers, and lakes. The new riparian zone trees and shrubs would provide the necessary nutrients for a healthy food chain for the coaster brook trout in Lake Superior. If so, this is probably the reason for the revival of the coaster brook trout in Lake Superior. P.S. How much acidity is added to Lake Superior's water from old growth pine tree forests encroaching the streams, rivers and lakes running into Lake Superior?

The sculpins are spawning in the rocks in the Spring. Where do the sculpins go after spawning? New Fly Fisher, please read a third-grade book, "Trout are made of Trees" by April Pulley Sayre. The insect larvae that are the primary food source of sculpins eat native riparian zone tree's leaves, seeds and branches so "sculpins are made of trees" also.
