When I was in collage in the late ‘80s I worked at Cedar Point in Frontiertown on the White Water Landing ride. Our employee break area was an outdoor patio space just behind a tall fence where the Bonesville building-on-fire vignette is. All summer, I never tired hearing the train come thru and fire siren wailing. I loved the train ride...

The scene with the fires has really seen better days. What am I saying, the whole thing has seen better days. I can remember when the skeletons where actually cool. Now it’s just a easy way to take a break from walking to all the intense coasters. But what can ya do about it. 🤷‍♂️ I guess that’s just time and money taking its toll. My personal favorite scene was the banjo pickers. I always laughed at that one when I was working there after I retired from Csx. You can probably figure out why they hired me. 🤣

The skeletons were ALWAYS my favorite along with the "Blue Streak" going all the way back to the late 60's. Haven't been there in about 30 years however I don't ever remember the train going that fast. It went so fast I missed the outhouse door swing open and shut.

Yeah i think they have sped it up a little. I kind of remember it going slower when I was a little younger.

nope it's still all there. it's the biggest perk of riding the train.
