I love it when somebody tells me it will be worth it, they are usually wrong... But you are not in this case. Glad I clicked on your video we'll be subscribing and liking and all that good stuff.

Fantastic videos you've been making. I don't believe any youtuber has touched on OB design to the level you have. Especially the hands on aspect, Bravo! Awesome stuff..

Interesting. I recently bought the drivers from a Tannoy 600 series speaker for about £60 with cross overs for building an OB system. 2 coaxial and 2 bass drivers, not 15 or 12 inch though. No time to do it yet though. Great videos by the way, thanks for all the hard work.

BS does not provide any info about FR/phase/distortions. Are they so really bad I wonder? Thanks

Sir Amazing Videos, I was wondering what signal chain this would be: Source-minidsp-class D amps - speaker driver. And one question would you need to have dac between minidsp and class d amps?

So the tweeter of the co-ax driver won't operate as a dipole for the treble?

Well, that's one issue but the bigger problem is the 12CX and its associated HF unit don't work well together with phase problems and big nulling to the tune of -15db at certain frequencies, I've read. Which is were DSP comes in, which I'm hoping via PEQ (parametric EQ) sort the issue out. These drive units are aimed at PA installations not HiFi. Bit of a challenge, bit of fun, we'll see.
