Hello. Can you please tell me why are you looking at the maturation of the iliac crest when you have a case of scoliosis? It helps with prognosis or treatment, evolution of the scoliosis? Thank you very much!

The closer you are to skeletal maturity, the less chance for the curve to progress (so it is related to prognosis). Also, if you are not growing any more (aka skeletal mature), you can stop using the brace (so it is related to treatment)

after drawing perpendicculars. two line croses making two angles. which one is the correct angle

it will be the one which is equal to the angle between the two original lines if you extend them all the way till they meet. I understand that this may not be easy to visualize, however, if the two vertebrae are not severely titled in relation to each other, it will be the smaller angle.

If she is still growing (within one year of first menstrual period), she can try a brace (this is a general advice and not patient specific)

Malek Boudiad "mild" scoliosis should be get worse after the age of 16 in most cases. This is general statement and not patient specific.

If your growth had completed, you do not have to do anything
