Wow. I experience this issue last night :( check engine light came on. Vehicle started running really bad and shut off a couple times. Had to limp it home. My Ethanol Raw reading showed 0. I notice the black box (module ?) was extremely hot. Weird how all of a sudden it took a crap 😡 what’s the normal TGV voltage normally for E85 % ?

That sucks, I feel your pain! The TGV voltage should be .9v with 10% ethanol regular pump gas. The voltage is going to be in the high 3.8-4.0 volt range if you're on full e85. Check with Cobb and see if they'll replace it for you.

@@evlx14 thanks man for the reply back. Ya I’m going to check with Cobb and see what they can do for me. Might try one first and relocate the module box closer to the battery and see if that helps 🤷🏻‍♂️ worth a try

Well. I relocate the block module close by the battery. And so far so good. My TGV L volts stayed solid 3.82v running 83.3 % Ethanol

Did Cobb send you a new wire harness, or just the Ethanol fuel sensor, or both?

They replaced the wiring harness that contains the electronics module that attaches to the intake manifold.

9/9/2024 Were all Screwed if that module breaks. Cobb no longer supports it so either you have to buy a used one or upgraded to new units which will require full retune… which doesn’t support tgv delete or catless lmao awesome
