It is time we run the fuel system in the STI, We are using the IAG performance PTFE Flex Fuel lines with the Cobb Ethanol Sensor and the Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator. This set up will allow us to cleanly run the fuel lines them so we don't have a messy fuel set up. I also ran into one of the most annoying issues in the car with a master cylinder brace. It was literally awful to deal with...

Yeah, I never did like the idea of that super thick aluminum Perrin master cylinder brace. It was way too expensive for what it is. The Torque Solution Brace was reasonably priced and fits very nicely. Thick, gusseted steel that is powder coated black. It's a lot better fitting then the huge Perrrin brace. It might be able to coexist with your fuel lines. Thanks for letting us know of your problems. So many other content providers would have glossed it over and not talked about the issues with the parts or the car. Sorry you had to deal with all the issues, but it seems like you are still moving forward.

Do you mind showing me the fuel pressure regulator mount and where to run the small line? I've had my STI apart for a while and I'm also having trouble with the cob turbo inlet v2 and vacuum lines in general. I'd appreciate it a lot. I do understand if you're busy or want to do the awesome videos you already do.

Hey man. Love and support your videos. I’m also having some issues with the fuel lines on where they connect to the in and return. I bought the IAG fuel lines with flex. I would like to see how you installed the lines from the flex kit to the return lines.

i hope by now you realized that the missing "nipple" on the turbo inlet doesn't do anything. Its just an empty connection point. It doesnt do anything. That plug is left over from the old emissions devices off the PCV. You can even see that it doesnt do anything from the connector that goes into the hose. As is for the old inlet. It is CLOSED OFF.

Tanner don't call this an install video lol, all your videos helped me except this one! lol trying to figure out if you connected the ethanol sensor to right or left TGV plug or O2

It doesn't matter which one you connect it to 🙏 I normally use drivers side

@@Smeedia okay ethanol sensor to driver side, module to rear o2 sensor( already going to connect a wideband aem O2 sensor there, with cobb harness its a hijack so it should work) anddd cobb pressure sensor to passenger side tgv, i don't have deletes. In the tuner i can do tgv duplication but it seems to only work when you have only one tgv plug hijacked while retaining tgv motors functionality without a delete. Ugghh my head hurts. I messaged you on fb tomorrow when you have a minute i would totally appreciate 15 mins of your time.

So I ran in to a slight problem with my 04 STi build... There is no legal way (EPA specific) to run Flex Fuel on anything other than a 15+ STi So...yea, that kind of sucks for use OG boys.
