What reeeally stands out to me is what a great moderator and host you are! this is all in one take and you never lose you train of thought, you don't stumble over you tounge, you make your points and so on! I really enjoy this style of teaching because it reminds me of the teaching in the gym! The teaching of somebody who knows what he wants to convey without the need of 10+ takes to find the right words! Keep it up Gabriel! Greetings from a fan in Germany!

Thanks so much. Doing one take was very hard for me a few months ago. But as you said it's kind of like teaching in the gym. If I revert to that thought process instead of thinking "filming mode" where I need to be close to perfect...then I can simply teach and have fun.

You're very accurate with the punches and timing. I am really enjoying the cobra bag too. I am mainly just freestyling and learning to catch it from any angle so switching to hooks was a good tip, strains the elbow to miss with straights 😅

Okay, so I’m literally only 31 seconds in, yet I’m compelled to express my extreme excitement and smiles for this new location and backdrop. 👌 We’ve got a bit of everything in there...Karate Kid, Bushido Blade, Samurai Shodown, and a cathedral of Varga pain. 🙏 Enter here uninvited and the owner will have to decimate you physically...whilst his beautiful wife plays a nice relaxing piece by Debussy in the background. *UPDATE* I’m definitely getting one of these once Christmas is out the way. You can see how f😲😲king great this bag is. Absolutely limitless potential tbh...limited only by its users skills, courage, technique, and fitness oh, and creativity. And rhythm. It looks great imho...will clearly elevate your reactions and skillset/footwork to Matrix levels. And it’s fantastic that it hits back hard. Much more realistic and motivation to improve one’s slips/footwork etc. 👏👏👏🙏

I've never loved the double end bag so I'm bias. I do like the speed bag though. For me the cobra bag is a 8/10, speed bag 7/10, double end bag 5/10.

Awesome. I hope you enjoy it. For volume I'm not sure. You could try wrapping to bag with something a little soft like some foam. That might quiet the sound although I'm not sure how it will effect striking the bag.
