Great catch! It gives the brilliant "Sly rips the cholo's shirt" scene whole new layers of meaning. Perhaps the cholo is a police informant infiltrating a gang, Sly knows it, and Sly's intent is to expose him to the other gangbangers as a form of revenge for messing with his car?
