That's what Daniel does different then Mr Miyagi. Daniel goes by himself and jumps into conclusions while Mr Miyagi took a young Daniel with him and settled the agreement of the tournament, giving Daniel a chance to build respect with the Cobra Kais, but not tried to close it down. He only confronted Kreese when the fight was inevitable (when he was choking a young Johnny). Daniel should have brought Kyler with him to discuss the matter

Unfortunately Daniel suffers from what most parents suffers from -My little angel can do no wrong-itis. Johnny just has a reputation for being a bully. The one time Johnny is right, Daniel is not gonna believe him. The writing on this show is awesome. They took 2 facets of each character and turned them on themselves. Great show.

No it's not. Miguel had very different situation, he was really badly bullied by those jerks. While daniel kept instigating trouble with johnny. On the beach, johnny never wants to fight daniel, kept urging him to back off, but daniel kept pushing it. Then, daniel bullied johnny while he's on the toilet, so johnny counter attacked... What movie did you watched, it was very far from what happened to Miguel...

I mean, considering what Silver did to him, plus his bullying from Johnny, I can’t blame him for jumping to conclusions on Cobra Kai. And he was right. Johnny realized it too after the tournament. If he hadn’t made the mistake of trusting Kreese in S2, none of the bad things of this series would’ve happened.

Both weren't right. Daniel wasn't calm about the whole thing and didn't question his motives. Meanwhile Johnny clearly had spite with Daniel and worded it in a way that makes him seem horrible. Both were also arrogant. Johnny was right about Sam's friends, Daniel was right to get involved since Johnny still would've accepted Kreese to join back.

Daniel annoyed me here. As a victim of bullying himself he should have backed Johnny in standing up to the gang. Instead he let his personal history and the naive sympathy for the gang being 'just teenagers' get in the way. Laruso is fundamentally a good guy but he 'shoots from the hip' too much - reaching conclusions before knowing the facts. Miyagi was more thoughtful.

Daniel came in guns blazing with accusations because like most parents, he didn’t want to believe his child was capable of bad behavior. Sam told A story not THE story. Johnny knew Daniel was wrong and since Daniel came in guns blazing with accusations, Johnny made Daniel look foolish by completing the story and criticizing his parenting. Daniel shoulda gotten the whole story first.

When Daniel sees Johnny at the car dealership in the first episode, he is genuinely happy to see him and he tells him he doesn't blame him for what happened back then, it wasn't him, it was Cobra Kai, but as soon as he sees the Cobra Kai logo again, he starts thinking the worst of Johnny and seeing him as an enemy again

The man who walked in is Daniel from the Karate Kid movies 1,2,3, his daughter and her friends have boyfriends and those boys were beating the kid who is half their size up and the blond guy is the guy who beat them up to save the kid the blond guy is the antagonist in the first Karate Kid movie while Daniel was the main character and protagonist the kid who was half their size was the kid cleaning in the back room inside the Dojo and is being taught Karate kinda like the Karate kid movie he learns Karate then fights back and wins kinda thing.

Johnny always loved karate more then daniel in my opinion because if it wasnt for Johnny starting cobra kai there would have been no miyagi do. Larusso needs more character growth especially in season 6 where he thinks miyagi could do no wrong its like come on every one is human people make mistakes and growth from them thats part of having wisdom. I think thats why I love johnnys character so much he is not perfect he knows it and and he is learning as he is going and he is okay with that. 👌

In the gta verse, Johnny visits Dutch in his Cobra Kai dojo, and Dutch thought Johnny came to Cobra Kai with teen nostalgia. But then Johnny tells Dutch that his student is bullying Kyler and his friends and Kenny’s bullies who are friends with Daniel’s nephew. Therefore Dutch is scolding Johnnys friend family members hanging out with bullies. Also it isn’t Miguel as the student. across was Dutch’s first student, Miguel joined secondly as well as Aisha.

Do you really defend Johnny here? Ok. Daniel jumped to conclusion too quickly but still he was ready to talk. And Johnny, instead of telling him what really happened in details, challenges him suggests that he's house isn't in order without any explanation, what he means. He gave Daniel every reason to think that the old Cobra Kai was back. And it did, especially when Johnny took Kreese back. Johnny behaved like a child of a toxic parent who still tries to earn his love but still hated Daniel who won in a fair fight. And what Daniel saw in the tournament, was like flashbacks from the past. The only thing he didn't know was that Johnny didn't want his students to do it. He was just too stupid and narrow-minded to teach them different ways than Kreese taught him.
