This is probably the best “irons” review I’ve seen. 3 people, studio and course with very brief (thank god) numbers. Perfect 👌 and please stick to this format. Thanks guys 👍

Adrian Scott good comment, missing out all the hitting in the studio made it much better, I already mentioned this in Lee's Destination Scratch vlogs, just boring watching all the hit after hit going on.

Great new format for reviewing Clubs, I hope that you carry on with it in the future. The Cobra King Tout Irons certainly seem to perform well and it will be interesting to see if other manufacturers start using metal injection as an alternative to casting or forging in their new products. chrome PS I agree with Lee that they are visually a little fussy.
@davidthomson62094 жыл бұрын
Very interesting to get different perspectives on the same review. Really good twist on the standard club reviews, especially given that Lee isn’t scratch and perhaps takes a different perspective. Keep up the good work chaps! 👏🏻

Cobra make some decent stuff and are very underrated... personally I prefer the look of the old Forged tec but look decent still in the tour... As I just got the Titleist CB I was nervous when I saw these come out, being a cobra fan but think iv made the right move... Think Lester was a little disappointed with them thou as he's a cobra man.. Great review boys 💪

Well done Dan, Lester and Lee, this is a great video and in my opinion a great way to review golf clubs. Much more preferable than just hitting shots indoors. Hopefully there is more similar content to come as the new offerings start to be released by the various manufacturers. Keep up the good work boys! 👌👍

I am playing 710 AP2's and have noticed seeing a bit of the cavity when at address with the 4iron as well. I don't mind it, but that was an interesting callout by Lee. Great seeing the clubs on the course as well as in the studio. Well done!

I have to say the golf clubs that are coming to the market just now are such good looking Irons. Dan's comment about the mid size grips, well I bought the Cobra airspeed Irons early this year and it took me awhile to get used to them but loving the grips now.

Great review! Great point about dry-ball, indoors only, testing vs. outdoors as well. I've purchased a couple times based purely on indoor testing, comparing them against my current clubs, only to find that any perceived advantages didn't really play out on the course. Not that they were bad clubs, just no appreciable difference in real golf when compared to my previous irons.

In regards to the 4 iron. At time stamp 22:40 the head looked closed to me. May be it was the camera angle, not sure. But the shot Dan hit was dead on. From 200 I would be thinking 4 wood. Old age is creeping up on me. Cheers from Texas. 🤠

Have agree with Lee, the "KING" is far too in your face, shouty for me and unlike Lee I would know it's there, far better I think the Cobra snake logo with maybe a gold crown on it.
