I own a Superformance MKIII. My Father assembled it with a Roush 427 Motor and Tremec 5 speed. He ordered it in a wine color or Burgundy. It is by far the most beautiful machine I have ever seen. Anyways after I got out of the service and purchased my first home(2020), My father asked if I had a garage. He GAVE me that MKIII and i drive the SHIT out of that thing. love you DAD!

Lance: please don't propagate the term "SLAB SIDE"! That term was NEVER used in the 1960s. It was invented in the 1960s by an American kit car magazine writer who was a nitwit, because although the early Shebly AC Cobras did not have all the wide flaring of the big block Cobras that came later on, they had the beautiful and delicate compound curvature inherited from the Ace. A slab is perfectly flat, hence to call the beautiful curvature of the AC Ace "slab-sided" is silly indeed!! Please stop using that terminology because it undermines the lovely, intricate curvature of the original design. Thank you.
