@BANDMANATL10 ай бұрын
@@raghuraghu1521 No problem. I was “help desk” for 3 years at my uncles fiber optics construction company. The reason I quote is because the issues were never very complex. Never needed to understand AD or cmd or anything but I did a lot of break fix. I put that on my resume as well as the work I did at home to understand the things I was missing. I understand I’m no expert but doing that shows an employee initiative and a willingness to learn. On top of that I stated in my interview that I’m currently working towards getting my A+ which was huge. They said it was required for my position and I didn’t have it but because I’m working towards it and they liked that. Now they’ll reimburse me for my exam when I do take it. Cool huh? Salary depends on your location. I’m making $20/hr which is high for the city I’m in but somewhere like Houston you can easily hit 28$-35$/hr as Desktop Support. It’s very competitive in those areas though so idk if you can finesse not having a cert as easily. Hope this helps

Been working as an IT for nearly 7 years.. Even though I have configured many complicated network setups throughout my career I've always had a doubt or ambiguous side when it comes to DNS...important thing is that you're explaining 'why you're doing this' when configuring which greatly helps to understand what's happening BTS... Please always explain why you're doing this as you did here in this video since most of the youtubers forget to do unfortunately.. Thank you mate for this great video and keep up the good work!!

I've been a long-time subscriber. You are the MAIN MAN and the Freaking best 🔥🔥🔥🔥👏🏿👏🏿💯💯🫡.. I recommend anyone I know that's new to IT and fresh or advanced to your channel. Especially those not in IT but need to understand basic IT concepts so when they talk to IT support, they understand terminologies and concepts 😊
