I love to see a new bookish video from you! I think I've been in some kind of a reading slump too for these past months. I think I have finished a book in March and then there has been a long time that I haven't read anything. I have thought about reading but I have just been so tired and stressed with school and stuff and just played Sims 2 lol. But today I started reading a new book, finally!

In Islam, we believe the purpose of life is to worship Allah in everything we do. To pray our daily prayers, to fast, to give charity, and to try to be good people for His sake as much as for our own. Look up Islam if you're interested and see what reverts say about it and how it's changed their view of existence, it's the best guide for contentment and tranquility in life. Thinking there is no point in this life except to have fun sounds so bleak to me, and obviously there is more to it than just void after death. You'd be surprised how many people have been reverting these past years, some of them even spend years in their journey of research about the religion before finally deciding on becoming Muslims.

im actually very content with the fact that my life purpose is to have fun :)) that doesn’t mean i can’t do “meaningful things” like support charities and educate myself, i just want to have fun whilst doing it!
