Coco, love your vids, you should do a longer video, like a "training" session for Singularity. Maybe record a couple games, uncut, and voice over your thought process on decisions, biopod placement etc. I think it would be fantastic. I want to start playing him, i learn better by seeing others.

I use the fake terror radius add-on a lot bc sometimes it leads to rly funny interactions, but i will say it actually can provide decent value as a stealth perk. when people are slip streamed, they can’t tell the difference between you being 7 or 70 meters away (audio wise) if they do a generator or anything while slipstreamed you’ll sneak up on them a lot.

With some teamwork and smart emps can really extend a chase and get rid of map pressure. Don't get me wrong, singularity is easily A tier but has counterplay that stops him from being S

cremated ramains is underrated imo, it not only counters windows but helps with slugging and as an extra gem hides noed aura if you feel like running it

I still use kid ball glove+soma photo. I don't see reason to use any other add-on besides those two. my next two favourite add-on are oxygen tank and crystal bead. The exhaust countering MFT is probably 2nd best thing on singularity besides Soma photo and wall-hack is really strong on crystal bead with Lethal Pursuer. you can essentially just rapid fire bio-pods everywhere and scan entire areas very easily having wall-hacks entire trial. Crystal bead does compromise your bipod placement but if your just playing singularity like chase killer and not really setup killer than downside does not matter.

Maybe the hit and run style could work with a Wraith build I saw yesterday: Fearmonger, Sloppy Butcher, Deadlock, Fire Up Obv Wraith and Larry have their differences but it might work out.

Something to note about Hyperawareness spray, it specifically gives survivors a fake terror radius that indicates you're about 16 meters away, it's not like Doctor's Calm where it's constantly the edge. Which will override your own terror radius, meaning it effectively cuts your terror radius in half for every Slipstreamed survivor. More so with perks like Monitor, or even stealth perks for maximum confusion.

With the Hologram Generator... how often do you even teleport through a camera instead of just hitting them directly with your gun? When I play Singularity probably like only 1 in 20 of my teleports are from biopods. Hyperawareness Spray seems to just be a direct upgrade.

For cremated remains, remember that blindness blocks ALL aura reading except that which is related to a killer's power, like the crates. This includes survivors on the ground or on hook. Cremated Remains is a great thing for those builds that take advantage of that, such as Mosntrous Shrine builds.

I’ve always wanted monstrous shrine value. Blindness is the only thing that can help with that but it’s so mediocre it’s barely worth running because of the big bubble that goes off when a survivor gets hooked.

For Hyper Awareness spray, I think it's better on paper if you rephrase it to essentially being "The survivor is loudly Oblivious while slipstreamed", which sounds a lot more useful than 'eh fake terror radius'. It's directly better than the Hologram Generator in this way, and any builds you would want to try with Hologram should probably use this instead.

You know, I don't get why BHVR has this fetish with add-ons that just function as sloppy butcher but worse. It makes sense for things like Huntress hatchets because, of course, you're hurling a missile. But for good ol' larry who M1s anyways? Either make the add-on give both effects to essentially free up a perk slot for a build at the very least or don't bother. I honestly feel like overclock mode should give at least like a small speedboost by basekit, even if the family photo gets a bit of a nerf to compensate. Not from a "balance" standpoint but from a "overclocking means things are running faster than normal so why am I not" standpoint. but yeah, I agree that it's likely the best of the bunch. Wasn't it Iri tier in PTB? I remember something changed rarity shortly after release...

I thought oxygen tank only worked when they are first gooped, not when they are teleported Hologram perk says after a SUCCCESFUL slipstream teleport it procs but not the oxygen tank or am i misunderstanding something

I hate how many add-ons he has that require hitting in over lock. He isn't forgiving like wraith that he gets his surprise attack like 10 seconds after the speed runs out, the timing is always too short to get a hit in it. If it was something like affecting gooped survivors, or it was as forgiving, it would be cool, but without that most of his add-ons just don't work unless you have gooped the entire team.

I disagree with the purple in C tier. Your criticisms don't make sense about it, it activates when a survivor picks up an emp, which if you see their aura you automatically know they have an EMP. You don't need the explosion to get that info, aura is completely fine for the same result.

Okay what happens if you aren’t looking the direction of the emp crate. You get 0 value. It doesn’t deserve to be any higher than C. Revealing location would be 10x better because you don’t actively have to be scanning 360 while walking around the map.

I don't know if I've ever missed an aura reading as killer as im constantly checking my surroundings especially when im in my attack recovery and after I've downed a survivor.

What it really comes down to for me is, would i rather know when a survivor picked up an emp, or when and where they used one. I know the crate spawns therefore i can place a cam at that spawn and check every now and then. It’s much better to know where survivors used the emps compared to where they got them from. What good does it do me knowing someone picked up an emp? I can easily just reapply the slipstream next time i see them.

Didn’t want to make my other reply too long so i’ll add one more thing here. Live Wires is much better than the Diagnostic Tool (Construction). It tells you that a survivor had an emp, it reveals their location AND the location of any other survivor who was cleansed nearby. You can run Diagnostic if you’d like, there are just better info alternatives in regards to the add ons. Much love

I don’t like the phrase ‘Playing incorrectly’ I don’t think there’s such a thing as an incorrect way of playing a character. The closest thing to that is not using your power at all.

What i mean by that is if you are playing singularity for the sole purpose of just breaking pallets, you are playing the character wrong. Same goes for bubba and billy. You are going to have a very hard time winning games if that’s all you do

Using blight’s ability for only map traversal isn’t something I’d say is ‘advisable’, and it’d annoy me. But calling it incorrect doesn’t feel right. Because if we call that incorrect then taking potshots with pyramid head’s power could be described as ‘incorrect’ as it’s not the best way to play and does not act on his full potential.

​@@reuv8441 If you are ONLY using one part of the power than I would consider that to be incorrect. My singularity based content is made to help people play the character to its full potential, so I wont lie and say that doing things that are losing you games isn't "incorrect". I would say taking random potshots on pyramid head is a very easy way to lose games and pressure if you aren't landing any shots. The best way to use his power is to zone so if you aren't hitting any potshots and you aren't zoning whatsoever, I would say that the person would be playing the killer incorrectly.
