Ingredients:
- 140 grams of butter (10 tablespoons)
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 grams cake flour (2/3 cup)
- 20 grams of coconut flakes (1/3 cup)
Filling:
- 1 egg white
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 40 grams of coconut flakes (1/2 cup)
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.

Si eres celíaca tienes que reemplazar la harina de trigo que se utiliza en esta receta por la que consumes habitualmente o por la premezcla Sin Tacc
