I made these two days ago and they came out sooooo good. I tried another coconut macaroon recipe the same day and this one was the only one that came out perfect. The other one didn’t come out well. I plan to make this recipe again next time I want coconut macaroons

I love when she makes something with coconut in the name (or any other ingredients for that matter, like raspberry or orange etc) she'd put shredded coconut and coconut extract in every part of the dessert to intensify the coconut flavor to make sure you taste it in every bite.

These are fantastic! I watched several similar videos for Coconut Macarons and this was the most compelling so I tried it. I've really come to enjoy making macarons although they are a fuss. I like that these have coconut in the cookie as well as in the filling. Caramelizing the coconut for the filling makes it very tender. These were perfect. Thanks for the inspiration.😎
