COCONUT RASIN BREAD recipe with soft, chewy, coconut-scented crust. The coconut filling is light and sweet, the fatty coconut rice is combined with the sweet and sour taste of raisins. Make sure everyone loves it :D
1. Ingredients: (enough for 2 molds: size 25x13cm and size 21.5x10.2cm)
• Bread crust:
- 320g Bread flour
- 30g Coconut milk powder (if not available, replace it with bread flour)
- 50g Sugar
- 5g Instant dry yeast
- 2g Salt
- 1 egg
- 160g Milk
- 30g Unsalted butter
• Coconut grape filling:
- 50g Raisins
- 100g Desiccated coconut rice
- 100g Unsalted Butter to soften
- 50g Condensed Milk
- 20g Coconut milk powder (if not available, replace with almond flour)
- 10g Custard powder (if not available, replace with almond flour)
