Coconut vegetarian soup
This soup is easy to boil, it is good to elderly, child, it is good to everyone.💪💪

椰子素湯
材料:
椰子一個(連同椰子水,椰子水,先放雪櫃儲存)
粟米3條(連同粟米鬚)
紅蘿蔔一個(約12兩)
無花果4粒
陳皮2角
腰果20粒
雪耳一個
螺片(大)3塊
處理:
1. 雪耳,清水浸軟。
2. 螺片,清水浸。
3. 椰子,刨成薄片,放碟上。
4. 無花果、陳皮,及腰果,清水浸軟。
5. 粟米,去皮,切一舊舊。
6. 紅蘿蔔,去皮,切一舊舊。
7. 洗乾淨煲。
烹調:
1. 粟米及紅蘿蔔,放煲內。
2. 無花果、陳皮,及腰果,清水洗乾淨。無花果,剪細塊,放煲內。
3. 雪耳,清水洗乾淨,揸乾水,搣細舊,放煲內。
4. 螺片,清水洗乾淨,一開二,放煲內。
5. 椰子片,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,放煲內。
6. 在煲內加入清水至7升。
烹調:
1. 湯,大火煲滾。
2. 煲滾後,轉中慢火,煲一小時。
3. 加入椰子水,大火滾起,大火煲10分鐘。
4. 完成,可享用。

Sweet corn 3 Nos. (with whisks)
Carrot 1 No. (about 12 taels)
Dried figs 4 Nos.
Dried orange peel 2 pcs
Cashew nuts 20 Nos.
Snow fungus 1 No.
Dried sea whelks (large ) 3 pcs
Preparation:
1. Snow fungus, soak in tap water until it turns soft.
2. The whelks, soak in tap water.
3. Coconut, thinly shred. Put on plate.
4. The figs, dried orange peel and the nuts, soak in tap water until they turn soft.
5. Sweet corn, remove skins. Cut in pieces.
6. Carrot, get it peeled. Cut in pieces.
7. Rinse a pot.
Steps:
1. Sweet corn and carrot, put in the pot.
2. Figs, dried orange peel and nuts, rinse thoroughly. Figs, cut in small pieces. Put in the pot.
3. Snow fungus, rinse with tap water. Squeeze it. Cut in small pieces. Put in the pot.
4. The whelks, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 2 shares. Put in the pot.
5. Coconut, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in the pot.
6. Add in water up to 7L in the pot.
Steps:
1. The soup, heat up at high flame.
2. Turn to medium-low flame after boils up. Boil for an hour.
3. Add in the coconut juice, heat up at high flame. Boil at high flame for 10 minutes.
4. Complete. Serve.
