The problem here is that you should said it will trigger at night/early mornin rain not day for malangdo and freeport momoro, waste our buff, anyway thank you for the guide.

special momoro ocean flower island left pond need thunderclap, rainy and importantly at night!!!! i repeat at night hahaha..and those dint know u can get thunderclap even without attemps just keep ride whale on thunderstrom..

2 weeks now I cant get that thunder clap buff while riding a whale during thunderstorm seems hard to trigger in global.

The Momoro in the Free Port that needs Thunderclap Buff won't appear under Heavy Rain. It must be Light Rain - Sunset or try Light Rain in any time of time of the day.

at free port, portal to ocean flower island. there is a billboard. you need to wait till the bus arrive. there are 4 stop, you can wait the bus at any spot. the spot at ocean flower sea portal is just easier for me to point out.
