Tarantulas are strong, but I think megatanks are the second strongest monster, it's true that they are so vulnerable in the cliffs but no weapon of lyoko warriors can penetrate their shells, neither william sword.

True, but they can't hit airborne enemies unless they open their shell, and that leaves them vulnerable bc they usually take a few seconds to charge their laser

I disagree with you because megatank is number 1 strongest Megatank is fast and powerful, can only take one shot and the fighter deals critical damage and gets 0Hp Also, its ball shape makes it both fast and invulnerable. But tarantulas are not strong, just fast. He can attack fast but miss most attacks.

I'd argue the megatanks are the second strongest behind the Kolossus, with a laser that can one shot lyoko warriors and damage the environment, run over them which is also an instakill, a shell that can block attacks even from other megatanks, and can move as fast as the lyoko warriors vehicles.

The Megatank doesn't always kill in one shot. I remember seeing an episode where one hit Yumi, then Aelita, and then Yumi again. The 2nd shot was what finished her, while Aelita escaped. I can't remember the episode though.

That was during season 1 their weapons deals 50 point, however in season 2 And onward they dealt 100 point.

I’m surprised Xana doesn’t use the Mega Tanks more often. They’re invincible when closed, they can roll at a fast rate, their shots spread throughout the field, can kill a warrior in 1 or 2 shots, and their weak point is the the size of a Kankerlot if not smaller.

From what i understand xana needs to materialize each monster individually and the stronger the monster is the harder is to create it if you remember the kolossus in order to be summon he had to use every replica super computer to power it

Also you forgot to mention that the Creepers can move on walls and ceiling, and that the Tarantulas have the most amount of HP (without the Kolossus)

An updated list: Kankrelat: The most common of enemies, and often deployed in large groups. Fire a standard laser shot that takes a moment to charge. Sometimes a solo Kankrelat can be found snipe you from unexpected angles. Blok: Has four faces, each with a different weapon: Standard lasers, an Ice Ray, Rapid Fire Lasers, and Fire Hoops. Any of the eyes can be struck to destroy it. Krabe: Fires lasers from its face, but it can also fire a ray if one is underneath it. Rarely, it can use its claws to impale enemies. The weakpoint is on the top. Hornet: They are capable of flight and often come in groups. Shoots lasers from their abdomens that can pierce armor. They have a higher rate of fire than most. The can also loose an acid-like poison that lingers on terrain which will damage anyone who steps in it. The wings can be cut off. Megatank: The most powerful standard enemy. Fires a large vertical laser that can deal heavy damage to those hit by it. This laser can also damage Towers and terrain. It's only vulnerable when open, and likely to explode violently when destroyed. Can also roll around to crush targets. When closed, no weapons can damage it. Tarantula: A difficult, newer enemy that fires lasers from its forelegs, giving them rapid-fire capability. They are one of the more accurate of enemies, even able to snipe airborne targets out of the sky. Creeper: Bizarre monsters only found in Sector Five. They shoot a strong laser from their mouths, and have the uncanny ability to crawl across any surface, even walls and ceilings! Manta: Like Hornets, they have the ability to fly, though at a slower pace. Along with a strong laser, they can also drop airborne mines to chase or corner targets. Black Manta: A larger, more powerful Flying Manta that serves as Xana-William's personal mount. Has more powerful lasers, able to take out a target in one to two shots. It is unknown as to if it can drop mines. Skypizoa(Or however you spell it.): A mysterious enemy that doesn't attack directly, but uses its tentacles to incapacitate and drain the cerebral functions of its victims. It can also use this ability to apply viruses or alter the target's DNA. It's known to flee when damaged, so it's very difficult to destroy. Kongre: Eel-like horrors only found in the Digital Sea. They can swim freely and can cornr enemies with laser shots. Shark: Only found in the Digital Sea. They attack by firing torpedoes at targets. Rarer and more powerful than Kongres. Kalamar: A rare and dangerous relative to the Skypizoa that lurks the Digital Sea. It can latch onto ships and pierce their hulls with a powerful drill. Very durable and takes multiple torpedoes to destroy. Kolossus: A gigantic enemy that takes an immeasurable amount of data and energy to create. It can crush anything in its way with ease with its massive size and bladed arm. The only way to defeat it is to strike the weakpoints on its head and blade-arm.

This show and Megaman Legends are my child hood. Something about how abstract and alien the enemies are be they the Reaver Bots or the Xana Monsters. Sure one could argue that Heartless and Nobodies are strange enmies that varie in types but alot of times you get more an idea of those being more humanoid or even having a form based on an animal or mythcial creature. and sure you sometimes see animals and myth insporation in Reaver bots and Xana monsters too, except they take such an abstract direction with them. Tarantula's despite being long legged monsters as their name sake empliy behave less like spiders and instead they crawl around and when they fight they stand on their two hind legs to fire with their arms behaving more mobil turrets or mobile sentenals. Kanekerelettes look like giant ticks but they fire lasers. sire you could argue they and Blocks are more like mobile turrets except they can fire when they move too. amking them more like mini spider tanks. Manta's realy do have more an animal theme to them much like the Hornets, Exept Hornets don't literaly look that much like hornets just strange flying bugs with laser stingers. Meanwhile the Mantas look like Sea Mantas yet they can fly and not only fire laswers but drop mines too. There was always this Cyborge Alien feel to these monsters too. Now the Reaverbots are sureal looking too despite fully looking mechanical. I mean their desighn is so iconic, zERO dAWN hORZIN eat your heart out! Zero Dawn also features ancient robots and humans having to collect resources from them. But while you get clear animal insporation is bovios there, with Megaman legends you straight up face the unusual and awsomely abstract. Like this is what I need more of! I wish I could find more like this in modern day. Someone show me something like this incurrent year if it exists,

Megatanks don’t kill you in one shot. At season 1 when Odd is stuck with Jim because Jim found Kiwi (I dont remember the episode), Odd got a direct hit by saving Aelita.
