Pero nabasa ko po dito sa COMMISSION ON AUDIT CIRCULAR NO. 95-003 ganito po The COA shall: 6.2 conduct special audits of NGOs/POs upon request by proper authorities or as determined by the Chairman ano po ba talaga.. At sino po ang Tama. Tama po ba ang Coa na wala silang power talaga or di lang nila ito nakita? or di ko lang naintindihan itong nakalagay dito sa COA CIRCULAR... Salamat po.
