Sir, Atty. about to sa notarial registry. Sino po ba ngrereview as to compliance? Kasi po from first hand knowledge may mga kakilala ako na notary public blank bond papers po ang pinipirmahan naka ream ream ng blank bond papers ang presyohan. Paano po kaya nkakalusot ya?

Atty., tanong ko lang po ba tawag sa Constitution, Republic Act, Article etc. ano po ba tawag sa kanila? Nalilito rin po ako eh kung ano pagkakaiba ng Constitution sa Republic Act sa Article etc., 'di po kasi ako law student may hilig lang po sa Law.😊 Salamat po ng marami, Atty.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. All other laws must adhere to the Constitution. Republic Act is a law crafted by the legislative branch or Congress. Articles are specific provisions of the law, e.g. Art. III of the Constitution is the Bill of Rights, which is further divided into sections.

Atty..since 1969 sa deed of sale judge po ng bayan namin ang nka pirma pero wla po ciang register mismo sa municipal ng bayan namin tanung q po notarized po cia me record po b cia sa nat.archieve dahil notarized nag su submit po b ang judge nung 1969 sa national archieve para malaman q po kung legit o ndi ang ang bilihan...at kung ng susubmit po cla ng record dun panu po pag walang copy ng kasulatan e2 po b ay fake or legit pdin.
