you are half right you need to save all 4 of the bosses and collect all of ios blood code fragments then beat the virgen born (when i mean save them you need to restore there blood codes)

What is that green effect that pops up a few times? It seems like it Regens your ichor but I didn't see you using anything?

Chaotic ash, the ability grants you Ichor you siphon from an enemy.

I got the neutral ending cause I didn't know i had to restore their vestiges so i had the parts for isis just didn't want to see the scenes and was too eager to fight my first succesor. But now I know that patience rewards those who wait and will be replaying it to get the queen's blood code. Question though, do i keep my current blood vodes when I restart or just my levels?

It's unlocked at the end of the game I recall for the good and neutral ending of the game.

Courtney Miller I’m pretty sure you have to keep all of the successors alive during you playthrough as well.
