Mind-wiping bad guys is an interesting angle to explore, but you're only wiping their memories, not who they are. Maybe read a few superhero comics to learn more. Hokuto Shinken is basically a magical fist that allows the user to manipulate others when needed (not sure when an ability like the one you described is used but for argument's sake, let's say there was). However, it's mainly a martial arts for assassination. Even with Toki's healing touch, it's no more than a branch of this style changed enough to help people. Raoh OTOH uses a style that's crueler than usual and gives people days till their death as opposed to seconds like Ken.

While Toki on the other hand, gives the others a painless death which is the Messiah's wishes to everyone should their life end.

I think I figured it out. I mean, look at how long it takes them to die. Their twisting around and mutilating all over and don't feel a thing. At least when Ken kills you, it takes a few seconds for your head to swell up before you pop, but here, it goes on for far longer, and actually more painful then it should be.
