What's BEHIND this COLLAPSED section of an ABANDONED mine?

My old friend Jake messaged me one day saying he was going to be in town again and wanted to met up. I couldn't think of a better way to catch up than to take our rigs out in the mountains for a day of exploring. I've always wanted to go tackle Spring Creek 4x4 trail just south of Idaho Springs in Colorado so off we went!
