The Gate Inn hasn’t been demolished. At 2:44 into you video, you pass a grey house on the left. After that there’s a cream house with a rather large light above 🎉 front door, this was the Gate Inn - a former Theakstones pub. It’s now a domestic residence. Great video. 👍🏻

@@TheVillageIdiot Not your fault buddy, there’s always duff info about. As for The Gate, it was gutted and repurposed into a normal house from a pub. That’s probably what they meant when “they” said it was demolished etc. It’s a shame but it was never going to survive near that bend with no designated parking area in today’s climate.

It has been demolished. The house you saw wasn't The Gate Inn. It was next to it.
