Cody Canada & The Departed dusted off an Okie classic from the Cross Canadian Ragweed days. The Medicine Show's "Mexican Sky" was popularized by #Ragweed on their Live at Billy Bob's Texas album. In 2024, The Departed has recorded it in their home based "Studio 36B" with Elysha LeMaster (formerly of Wavesinapril) on guest duet vocals for a Texas Radio / SiriusXM single. We cpatured this LIVE version as a part of our 1st #TXMS Independence Eve Party at Emo's presented by Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys - Day 1 of Star-Spangled Fest.
