Cody your great brother, I like this guys story it’s motivational and moving and relatable. However I know friends that worked with that company and those friends couldn’t find success until they moved on from his company. Their training was weak commissions to low and all around team bond was non existent. Then when one of my friends left him he found an imo more focused on agents and now he’s on track to making 1M per year next year.
