The fact that somebody can tell you no over the phone, then not recognize you the next day in person is very useful.

So many "sales pros" seem like the reason people hate sales people. It's like a furniture movers proudly saying "It wouldn't fit through the front door so we dynamited the front of the house! "The home owners hate us but we got the chair in the house".

I would love to have a sit down with John about this. This is such amazing advice. I'm an agent through a captive agency in NY and I have been having such a tough time, with what I thought was leads. My problem isn't that I can't get people to answer, my problem continues to be no shows and I feel like I'm stuck in that "hamster wheel" where I've called the leads to oblivion and have a tough time booking those. Mind you, some of the leads I'm given are 6 or 7 years old where we're told to, "throw them against the wall and see what sticks." I'm going to implement this more aggressive calling method and see how it helps. Thank you so much.

Now we have some eye balls but could use help executing in this area. Looking to throw some fuel on the fire and love to chat with either of you at some point if you are up for it. Well done.

A question about the triple dial. Is he literally calling back to back 3x in a row?! I have never done that! Nor do I call the same exact person 9x in one day I usually call 3-5x in one day and maybe a few more times the next day.

30 appointments mean about 60 leads which means approximately 5000 mailers a week which is about $2500 a week which is about 10,000 which means 120,000 a year HMMMMM is not applicable to start-ups and new agents. This is a great model for a person who is in the business for 5years and making 250,000 K a year )footnote theses are assumptions and estimations and not be applicable in all geographic locations)

Speak for your self lol. We getting money over here . We don't only run mailers. I don't run mailers at all to be exact. It's not a 1 trick pony. There are a multitude of leads and mailers is not one in my book. I've been doing for 2 years and have issue over 800k in those 2 years . If you want mailer then good , they work but is not required

Your assumptions are def way off. Lol There are all kinds of lead types and they all work. I ran what was available in those years and I invested 1000-1500/week to run my schedule. There are also strategies to build up to it. I started broke with barely a few hundred bucks for leads. -John

@@URMedicare Hey your IMO should have some references to use, and if you copy what the top producers are doing that is what I would do.. Some of the outside vendors we use are Secure Agent Marketing, Mailpro, Leadco, Lead Concepts etc. I've literally made money from every lead type and vendor though, there is no magic lead vendor.
