Really disappointed the Whistling Bunghole didn't start with a whistle. Lots of novelties and small fountains have a whistle. I see that Lew's is carrying Husker Do's and Husker Don'ts from the JD line this year. No word on Nipsey Daisers, with or without the scooter stick.

Whistling Bunghole is one of the funniest novelty fireworks i have ever seen 😂😂😂😂. Even though it doesn't do much more than "p**p" and "fart." The p**ping alone makes it awesome 😁.

as a kid in a non-firework state getting fireworks was difficult so when we got fire crackers we always pulled the apart and fired them one at a time as to savor each shot.

Ny native here we did the same thing lol. Also the jumping jacks which is pretty much a firecracker with holes in it we used to wrap the holes with masking tape so they exploded like a firecracker. Good times!!

Rich dude bought a couple sea/land containers and plopped them all up and down town took the BIG BOX store out of business then bought the facility+ the left over inventory. Really is a shame the original store was family owned and super sweet been open for 30+ years and some city slicker moves in and ruins the business and they are SOOO RUDE!!!

Nowadays the assortment will win the price war I believe. Although the assortment packs I typically get for the kiddos. The individual I piece out each year based on what kind of show I will put on.

The individual pieces you choose from the shelf are generally much better in quality. Pre-packed assortments are almost always full of cheapo filler junk items. So you can't really compare the two.

If you think about it, some fireworks can be fun to play with after lighting them off. Like the sword sparklers, once it finishes it's thing (2 of them) you can have a sword fight. Me and one of my little cousins after the swords finished, we had swordfights with them.

When I was a kid my grandfather had a firework stand. We would shoot some off every now and then to bring the customers into the tent. We shot them pretty far away to not catch anything on fire. The little tank turned around and shot down the road to the stand, causing some fireworks to go off inside the tent. Everyone was ok, but after that, we didn't shoot the little tank fireworks again.
