I could pick out any number of lyrics by Cody Jinks that hit a little too close to home but the line "I put on my costume and I put on a show , the only way a jester stays alive", is like a right hook. I do that, attract some people but I don't fit with them because it was some kind of act and then I end up "Never alone, always lonely".

We look at him like a country singing and song writing god but like he says "I'm just a guy with a wounded mind" he pulls his pants on just like the rest of us.. one leg at a time! This song doesn't change my opinion of him though. He's still #1 in my book! Very few others would be this vulnerable on recording!

Mine said she didn’t see a future with me after she filled my head with her wanting to be with me where ever we live long distance. I met her when she was graduating wheee I was living and she wanted me to move down where she worked. I’m a welder so I think Orlando is plenty good for jobs. So I end up Quiting my job a few months later randomly bc Forman was tripping and I have to sell my truck bc I bought a new one but she didn’t want to wait I guess. Me not having a job for a couple months turned this girl off... pretty shitty bc I wasn’t trying to get involved with anyone but she talked me into getting hurt.. I would have given this girl my world and I did my part but she treated me bad towards the end and led up to her saying she dosnt see a future with me.

I've told a couple GF's who were getting carried away with the "How good and decent a man I am" stuff...there's nothing all that special about me. Take care of what needs taking care of. Try to help others when I can, when they ask. I'll ask them if I see them struggling too much. Know when to mind my own business. See someone abusing the Elderly, the Youngest Ones, Women and Animals...I'll say something about it or do something about it.
