Cody, I’m a big fan and I love all of your videos. However, I gotta say, I’ve been putting off watching this one. My uncle trained for two years for his Ironman, and he passed away during the biking portion of the race a few months back in September of 2023. He had a freak cardiac event and was one of the healthiest people I knew, only 50 years old. Watching this video has made me so incredibly emotional for a lot of reasons, but really it’s so amazing to see that you were able to complete such an intense triathlon. So because of Cody Trains.. and in honor of my uncle.. I’ve pledged to myself to make a complete lifestyle change and live healthier starting at the beginning of 2024. At 27 years old, I know my best days are still ahead of me. I’m already down 5 lbs and feeling so much better. You’re an inspiration to so many, keep it up 🫶🏼

Aw man, this video made me cry. Cody, bother, you are truly so inspiring. You have made your platform such a beautiful place to display the triumph of the human spirit, specifically your own, of course, and I can’t thank you enough for it. You make me want to be a better version, the best version of myself. God bless you Cody, you are truly an incredible person, and as a long time viewer, I’m so proud of you brother. Energy is everything.

Following Cody Trains and knowing how it ended, I still got emotional watching this. What a wonderful way to bring the full story to life, especially now knowing you had just found out you were going to be a dad!! GAUR CORDY!!!!!

Cody you’ve inspired me so much with this series and watching you helped me to get motivated to start running. I was diagnosed with heart failure in 2020 and gained almost 100 pounds from having to be sedentary and all the medications and surgery. Today I’ve lost 70 pounds and run almost every single day and I love it. I’m getting my health and my life back and it all started with the motivation from you man. I hope you see this and know how much of an impact you’ve made on my life. Energy is everything!!

This is some of the most refreshing content I’ve seen in a while. Been a fan of Cody since the vine days, but seeing him just be honest about setting a goal and working his ass off to accomplish it really made my heart happy.

This is so amazing. The fact that you can feel how much Cody cares about Ironman through this video is really something special. As well as the splicing together childhood memories. This is the truest form of art and it truly is admirable. Congratulations Cody on being an Ironman and a father (you have to say I love you 3000 to your children now). Thank you for the time & care you put into this video. Big up Cody, Austin, Matt, Thomas, Brooke, Dan and all others who worked on this for making this come to life!

I remember being six years old and running the final quarter mile with my dad as he finished his Ironman in Phoenix. The picture of him and I crossing the finish line together, little kid having fun and completely exhausted dad smiling bigger than he ever has, hangs on my wall and has for over 15 years. Your ultramarathon video really got me going, as I had run my first marathon a year before that video came out. I was looking for the next thing. Recently trashed my knee and I’m starting to come back. Watching a comedian that I’ve been watching since the Vine days blossom into one of my favorite KZbinrs AND have the crazy tenacity that it takes to exercise on an elite level is incredibly inspirational. Thank you. Never stop. Energy is everything
