Cody, I’m a big fan and I love all of your videos. However, I gotta say, I’ve been putting off watching this one. My uncle trained for two years for his Ironman, and he passed away during the biking portion of the race a few months back in September of 2023. He had a freak cardiac event and was one of the healthiest people I knew, only 50 years old. Watching this video has made me so incredibly emotional for a lot of reasons, but really it’s so amazing to see that you were able to complete such an intense triathlon. So because of Cody Trains.. and in honor of my uncle.. I’ve pledged to myself to make a complete lifestyle change and live healthier starting at the beginning of 2024. At 27 years old, I know my best days are still ahead of me. I’m already down 5 lbs and feeling so much better. You’re an inspiration to so many, keep it up 🫶🏼
