I just want to say... it's actually SO SAD that this man feels compelled to add sexual innuendos into his content because the dishes he's preparing are truly gorgeous - & cooking is an art form! Are you saying his body isn't his own form of art? That it taints his content? Would you say the same thing about sex workers as well? I know that can be perceived as an insult and like I'm trying to have a gotcha moment but I'm genuinely curious what makes his content bad? There's plenty of other wholesome innocent cooking tik toks out there for you to watch, why feel the need to hate on a guy taking advantage of his good looks and great body he clearly works to maintain?

this has nothing to do with your comment but i need to inform you that we have the same last name #CashmanSupremecy
@withercraft7627 Жыл бұрын
@@Tystolfo Personally I don't necessarily think the content in of itself is really the problem, it's more so a combination of other reasons. Like for one it's kind of on the wrong site, like I know that TikTok has always had a lot of content like this, but I don't know if we really need more of it on there, I think people are a bit burnt out on it. Plus I think that people are pretty burnt out on seemingly innocent or normal things being sexualized in general, especially on websites that aren't made for that. Like even if you're into that kind of content you're not necessarily always in the mood for it and it can feel like it's being shoved down your throat. And I know you can scroll past it/not engage with it but when it's everywhere it kind of adds up despite being able to scroll past/not engage with those things. I also think some may question whether or not he is doing this for artistic reasons or not. If we're being honest with ourselves, it's more likely that he's doing it for the clout/an ego boost than artistic reasons, though to be fair it may actually be that he's genuinely doing this for artistic reasons idk🤷♂. But it's also frustrating to think that these types of videos probably get way more views than ones that are probably a little bit more deserving of it. A lot of those innocent cooking TikTok's you mentioned don't have nearly as many views as these ones, even though they probably had a lot more love and passion put into them/those people have probably worked a lot harder for a lot longer than this guy for a fraction of the success. People don't like the idea that they have to sexualize themselves/their art form to make it big, because that's honestly how it can feel/be sometimes and that's quite discouraging. Also whether or not it's fair I think people worry about the reputation/understanding of their art form potentially being tainted by this kind of content, especially if that art form is already commonly misunderstood/not respected. And even if it doesn't taint the reputation or understanding of it doesn't mean it won't muddy the water so to speak, like having this type of content on TikTok could theoretically make it harder to find normal cooking stuff, or at least make it harder to not run into this type of content/make it harder to find the content you were looking for. Also this type of content if you didn't intentionally seek it out can be quite invasive in a way, and it can also be very uncomfortable for some people and make them feel misled if it started off normal. Also like Kelsey mentioned there are some unfair double standards, although that's not really his fault. But ultimately most of the people making this type of content aren't really doing anything harmful and it is their right if they're an adult to use sex appeal to make money. So I agree most of these people really shouldn't receive any kind of hate and especially no harassment or anything like that. I also agree that art and sex can go extremely well together sometimes and be beautiful, and I agree that bodies/sex/sex appeal can be a genuine art form. So yeah I hope this reply was insightful in some way and didn't come across aggressive or argumentative or confrontational in any way, because I was genuinely just trying to answer the question haha 😅. But yeah thank you Tystolfo/everyone else who's read this comment for reading it, and I wish you a wonderful day! God Bless!!! ❤

Calling it food molestation is hilarious as well, like you're trying to make a victim out of literal food. Ah yes, the poor orange, how is it ever going to recover from such a traumatizing event. This whole video and comment section is just bored people making a problem out of nothing so they can feel less bored for 20 mins before moving on with their life lmao. I say props to Cedrik, dude looks like a chad, seems he's genuinely talented and has carved a niche for himself and is making a good living.
