Hi Cody I just wanted to let you know how much you've helped me change my mindset and taught me to let everything go and do things for me. I'm so much more motivated to work harder and get better now. Thankyou!!!!

I left for 7 to 8 months. When I came back, I started to watch your videos and instantly improved. The video where you talked about short people really helped. Thanks for everything!

I remember a conversation you and I had about letting go of baggage and following your own instincts and how being a little selfish can do more good than bad. I took a lot of your lessons to heart. thanks Cody.

I just wanted to say that I watched you video yesterday and went to my swimpractice today. Usually I just try to consider everybody on the lane. But today I took my space and time and if people had to swim past me they did without me stopping. And it felt nice, I felt like I did more even if I trained for the same amount of time 😁 thank you for the inspiration 🏊♀️

Hey Cody, I swam with BCH for several years when I was younger :P. I was wondering what your thoughts are on social isolation in sports? One of the main reasons I quit and I saw a lot of others quit was because they werent bonded well with their team mates. I often felt like I was excluded out of many things and it affected my growth as a teenager a ton.

Have u had a lot of hate throughout your career? How did u cope with it? This is my first year swimming and I already beat the girls that have really good times and have been swimming forever, but this one girl hates me so much and gives me so much hate and yelled at me for qualifying for age groups. I really would love some advice!! Thanks! -Hannah reed
