Because fluoride is a weak legend it will not make any pair so electrons remain para magnetic..now we want total 6 orbital so we introduce 4p also ...so hybridization will be sp3d2..means total 6

sir after 4p we have 5s orbital available and it should be filled first according to aufbao rule so why we didn't used 5s orbital?
