The mellow, fragrant black coffee agar-agar sago pudding is made by combining the solidity of agar-agar and the softness of konnyaku jelly. The taste is very delicious.
Ingredients
Top layer:
250 ml of coffee water filtered from rinsed sago
1 tsp agar-agar powder
1/2 tsp konnyaku jelly powder
10g sugar
2 sticks Nescafe Kopi-O
400ml water
Bottom Layer:
40g sago
200ml water
200ml milk
2 tsp agar-agar powder
1/2 tsp konnyaku jelly powder
1 tsp cornstarch
50g castor sugar
Glass container size 18cm (W) x 18cm (D) x 7.5cm (H)
