Brian’s dad leaving him “well wishes” in his will 😭 I bust out laughing, ultimate mic drop

INFO: The conversation Ana had with her mom is being misreported in international media. Her mom actually shared the text messages with Serbian news and I've seen and read them. Ana texted her on Dec 25th asking her to please come to Washington the next day. Her mom asked why she was asking her now and didn't give her more notice. Ana said that her and Brian weren't getting along, her mom asked what about, and Ana responds its about the kids. Her mom says that she can come in a week's time and she needs to pick up her prescriptions before coming and Ana begs her to please come the next day, for two months. Her mom asks what time the flight would be but that it would still be best for her if she could come in 7 days. They make some plans for her arrival. The next day Ana says that she might not need to come after all. Her mom is confused and asks how come, what now? Ana says they are making a plan (presumably her and Brian). Her mom says she won't come then and Ana says ok. That was her last message to her mom. It was chilling to read.

What the fuck? Omg. I know the problem with indigenous women and girls "going missing" (aka: getting assaulted and murdered) is really *BAD.* But 30 in a single month in a single state in the US?!?! 😢 Good God. I'm seriously wondering if there's a serial killer in South Dakota targeting indigenous women & girls after hearing about the high numbers of indigenous women & girls that go missing, and how the police don't do a damn thing to investigate and find these women. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Something HAS GOT to be done to stop this shit. Idk a good solution besides free transportation for indigenous women & girls in areas with high disappearance rates since many get murdered while hitchhiking because they can't afford a vehicle or a ride share/taxi. But who's gonna pay for that? The government doesn't give a shit obviously because they don't care about indigenous people at all, otherwise they'd be doing way more to help the people they stole this country from. 😤 This is friggin insane. I'm with you. The whole story is beyond words. Every time I've heard anyone cover this story, when they get to the part about him dismembering her body and throwing her away, my mind almost can't comprehend. My daughter and I pray over frogs and spiders when we find them dead in our driveway (we live in the south, it happens often during the summer months)... I cannot even comprehend what it would be like to just FIND or SEE my husband dead. And this dipshit was able to not only *allegedly* kill her, but then mutilate her body & throw her away? I cannot. My brain is unable to reconcile that. ALSO- I'm with you on hoping he never finds peace. Unfortunately, I feel like he probably will be unbothered. He may be a little uncomfortable at the moment, but eventually I'm sure he will adapt to prison, and in the end he gets exactly what he's always wanted... Depending on what type of agreement Ana had entered into with the tenants she was trying to evict, the tenants could be right that she can’t just kick them out to sell the place. If they had signed a lease, Ana would be legally responsible to allow them to stay till the end of the lease, or go through the eviction process which has guidelines. So the tenants could have been in the right here depending on the type of agreement; in most places in North America, tenant rights outweigh owners rights.

I worked with a beautiful, talented woman who had a loser husband. He never had a job. He said he had a bad back so she did all the yard stuff. He didn't even take the kids to orthodontist appointments, she had to take time off work to do it. She had money from her previous husband's life insurance and the current husband spent it going to UFO conferences and to travel to watch Space X launches. We'd ask why she put up with it and she just said she made a promise and she was going to keep it. I think he gaslighted her and made everything he did look like it was her fault. Like he had a job opportunity in another state but she didn't want to move. So he acted like it was a sacrifice for her to not take the job so she can't complain that he isn't working. It was awful to witness.

When I worked in a daycare I was a mandated reporter & you couldn’t report someone for their baby being anxious and crying all day, BUT, if the baby is calm and playful all day until it’s time to use the potty, and they scream and cry and kick us away…that’s some pretty direct evidence that someone made this baby scared out their mind of the potty (aka more direct evidence that someone hurt the baby related to potty training). Having worked at Lowes as the paint department manager that isn't such a strange mix. People who are painting think that bleach is a great cleaner before painting especially if they have mold growing on the walls (news flash its not). @@katinchina1996 Tell me about a 'place' where 'things are getting better by the day'? World is in an 'uproar', pretty much. This is the biggest crisis since WWII in every way. There is no 'here' or 'there' that will be 'better' anytime soon. This is time when you want to surround yourself with family and friends you could help or be helped in any way and get through it and think about priorities. There is that old local joke, when gypsy is asked what he will do if 'end of the world occurs' to which he replies that 'he will just go to Germany'. Yeah, it`s not 'end of the world' but it will be quite 'bumpy' for sure, and anyone who is even vaguely informed about Germany or other places, it`s pretty much the last places one would go, since this isn`t local crisis, or 'government is bad' type of thing. In such a situtation the last thing one wants is to be in a place where he barely knows anything about local issues, surrounded by strangers, languages and all other disorienting, unfamiliar aspects. Serbia is home, in every sense. No one will make it better, no one is coming to 'save us' or make things better for us or anyone else in the areas they live. If you don`t have sense of belonging or responsibility and obligation that`s entirely different thing which you will have to deal with. With that said, not knowing if you believe in God or not, i will still say, remain hopeful and God bless you and everyone around you! Бог благословио тебе и све твоје!

People who have known him for longer than a few years, he’s screwed over almost all of them. The only person who stands by him is his own mother, and she’s just like him. He has a preteen daughter who refuses to talk to or see him, because she’s witnessed how the way he treats people change suddenly when they don’t play into his narrative. After we broke up, his “baby momma” (a wonderful woman I wasn’t allowed to be close with during our relationship) became one of my closest friends, and we’re always scared he and his mother could do something like this to someone and it could impact his daughter.

When I saw your comment I went and looked this up and came back to say that is horrendous! I read what the wife said her husband did, and did NOTHING to stop him! I just don't get people that sit back and allow shit like that to happen? If I failed a child like she did, even if the child was not in my care, I would literally not be able to live with myself. There is no way.

I looked into this case for a quiz in my ethics course back in mid-February. She had actually reported him to the authorities in DC for DV before they were married, and he threatened to kill her. I can't find the exact articles that I had accessed, but I do recall that one of her reports had actually escalated so far that the authorities were in the process of bringing this to court. If I recall correctly, neither one of them responded to the summons, so the authorities had no choice but to drop the case. I can't help but think that he threatened her into silence once he found out about the report. It was further complicated by the fact that it was reported in DC, and with her traveling back and forth and him residing in Mass, it was complicated. Being that they have record that she had reported him more than once, I wish it had been looked into harder, and some of her friends even corroborated what she had said. knowing about the threats that he had made pre-marriage and seeing her reports, posts to social media with the bruising and lacerations, and her friends testimonies, I can't help but think that this is yet another case of DV going under-investigated and it ended up escalating to the point where he got so mad during a fight and her killed her.

This hits close to home for me and just makes me happy I got out of my marriage when I did. I was the breadwinner, although my ex had a job, but got fired while I was pregnant with our first child and throughout our marriage couldn't hold down a job. He was never physically abusive, but emotionally abusive. While pregnant with our second child I saw his true colors and had to wait almost a year until I could afford a divorce. I did worry because of his temper that he might hurt me or the kids or worse. He was also part of the DD (formally the MRDD) because of his learning disability and his caseworker was of no value in helping me, but telling me to understand him more because of his disability. I have two cousins with almost the same disability and they don't act like how he did. I feel sometimes I got out in the nick of time because I feel things were escalating to the point he may have killed me because he was getting hostile. Please, if you can get out do it and don't be afraid to ask for help. It's just tragic that this keeps happening that even filing for a divorce or even threatening to divorce someone can get you killed. I pray those boys stay together and will be set to live with people who love them.

I hope she can pick it back up again in the future when its safe enough to do so.

Right. It wasn’t over a man and it definitely had nothing to do with Justin Timberlake. She had been married and had two kids and was either divorced or going through a divorce. It had nothing to do with JT. She could at least get the story right.
@plspriska Жыл бұрын
@@CLE-EA there are those including psychiatrists who believe that britneys spiral downward began with her inability to keep her relationship with JT. Since she had not developed the coping mechanisms she should have as she grew up, she was unable to cope with the breakup. her meltdown wasnt bc of jt, but it all started there. Obviously this woman that they quoted might have misunderstood that theory.

53:08 last I heard, if it’s your property and you have gone through the legal proceedings, that property is still your property. That is the unfortunate gamble people have to play when you rent from people. Just because you say, “no I’m not leaving,” does not mean you won’t get kicked out from a property that ain’t yours. At the end of the day, it’s not your property.

I'm wondering if she knew how unstable he was? Did she pretend everything was fine, as she started making her exit plan. Did she call her Mom knowing that she'd need someone to care for the kids as she waited for him to be sentenced. Once he was found guilty, did she plan on divorcing him. It would be a great strategy 🤷♀️ She'd absolutely get full custody of her children and be free of him. Did she slip, or did he suspect something was coming down the pike, and a confrontation ensued? He's guilty as sin, no mistaking that, don't come for me! I'd love to know more about the two guys from the apartment building she's was managing. What were they up to? 😳 Thank you, Stephanie, for going the extra mile to give as information as possible!

I live here in Massachusetts so this is been on the news all the time but your video was more in-depth and I learned more from you then I have with the media. I appreciate your coverage on this. My heart just hurts for those three little boys whose father in my opinion has brutally killed and cut up his wife. I've been so worried about those three little boys because I know her mother lives out of the country so I didn't know what was going to happen to the boys. I grew up in and out of foster care and group homes because of childhood abuse and I'm the baby out of 6. We were all separated when we were in and out of foster care and then we were all separated when we all got adopted. So I'm so glad that two of her friends are trying to get these three babies to keep them together because yes they need each other and they aren't going to understand obviously why their parents are gone at this age but as they grow up they're going to have a lot of questions and they're going to need each other to get through it. I also hope that mostly with the six-year-old that understands more maybe not knowing that his father killed his mother but not understanding why they're in foster care and thinking maybe their parents abandoned them because of course he's still so young they don't want to explain what truly has happened but they need to get these babies and some kind of therapy right away so that they're used to therapy because they're going to need it growing up wondering why their parents are gone and then once they find out the truth of what happened they're going to need therapy to process the extent of this vicious Murder by their father. But again I'm in Massachusetts and I've learned so much from this video. You are totally an amazing reporter on each case that you talked about. The way you investigate every single little detail and let us know is just truly amazing. Because like I said I live here in Massachusetts and I learned so much from your video that mainstream media has not even disclosed. So thank you for covering this story this is very close to my home. And I hope that Brian is convicted and gets life in prison without the chance of parole. Here in Massachusetts we do not have the death penalty so the maximum sentence would be life without parole. And another thing I just thought of I hope that whoever gets these three little boys absolutely does not take them to the jail to visit their father. The father has absolutely no right to see his children for what he has done to his children's Mother. When the three boys become of age and they want to have communication with him then of course that's their decision but as a minor I hope that the family that gets these three boys does not let the boys see the father in jail.

I feel bad for her family in Serbia. They're on a different continent, so they have to rely on embassy and phones to remain in contact with the police...and I imagine there can be some language barrier which can make the process longer and more difficult.
