Love your videos so much I wish there were a channel to binge watch budgeting videos and more hacks/life tips and awesome things. It would be on in my house all the time lol 😅. I apologise just in case I counted wrong but I thought you said Jamaica was it that had £26, I’m probably mistaken but did I see £28/£29??? Around the 4 minute ish mark I think. I get confused between the £2/£1 on screen lol. Sorry if I’m wrong and yay in case I’m not, because there’s more money to play with for next time hehe. It’s like finding that spare fiver in your jeans or tenner in the back of your purse. Funny and awesome feeling lol. I agree with so many here that I love your videos too, which are so great because you champion lots of more affordable challenges, I love how fun, creative, colourful and cuuute they are too 😍. It makes the whole process lots more fun. So even outside of being exhausted, when you’re having a rough day you know you’re doing something good for your future self, your mental health and well-being and sharing good practice too. It’s a win win over and over again lol xoxo I can’t wait till I’m up and running too, my neighbours and I are in similar situations financially and medically speaking, so the toll it’s taking has hit us harder than we originally thought, but seeing such awesome and fun videos gives us something to help focus on our future, our current time and is great along side our faith and families too. How you started your KZbin channel and anything you found helpful? What challenges would be your go to if you were starting now? I love the smaller challenges for more difficult weeks/months and the low and slow burner and annual challenges, because they almost give you Grace to go as much as you can. I also love the magic box (genius idea in my opinion, because it’s a huuuge confidence and self esteem booster when times are harder), and breaking down challenges in to their own binders. Definitely would be helpful to separate the challenges out to allocate to different things or pool for special events/emergencies. The thought and image of 50+ binders is absolutely awesomely inspiring awesomeness!!! It’s so nice having so many things in mind I want to save and secure finances for, as well as challenges I can’t wait to try. That is truly budgeting goals there!!! Whoop whoop!!!!! That’s now one of my dreams to be at 50+ and using them as and when needed, changing it up, keeping it fresh and fun, with the best part being I can say to myself that I’m looking after my financial health and making sure all of the financial decisions are taken care of, bills paid for, medical and care needs covered and hopefully some there for a few little extras to help me live a little. This would be absolutely wonderful to me. There’s bigger dreams, wishes and aspirations for the future, but they will need medical clearance for them lol, prayers for them and for everyone going through difficult things. Thank you so much Gillian, you’re such a great inspiration, aspiration and encouragement for me and all my wonderful neighbours here.
