Coffee cake with coffee cream
I love the smell of coffee in the house after baking this cake.
Ingredients for the cake:
4 eggs
A cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of flour
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Liquid oil 1/2 cup
3/4 cup of boiling water
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
Nescafe one and a half tablespoons
Ingredients for making coffee cream:
A tablespoon of instant coffee
2 cups of milk
Sugar 1/2 cup
5 tablespoons of corn starch
Butter 10 grams
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
Breakfast cream 100 grams
Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar until creamy and smooth.
Allow the coffee and Nescafe mixture to cool, then add it to the cake batter.
First, mix sugar, cornstarch and coffee together so that they do not form lumps when adding milk.
When the coffee cream reaches the consistency of porridge, add butter and cream.
Let the coffee cream cool completely, then pour it on the cake.
Stir the coffee cream every few minutes so that it does not harden on the cream.
To decorate, place 20 grams of dark chocolate with 20 grams of breakfast cream on steam until it melts, then decorate according to the video (optional)
