Ingredients 材料 :
125g /1/2 cup unsalted butter （无盐牛油）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
65g /1/4 cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 egg yolk （蛋黄）
5g /1tbsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
1 tbsp hot water （热水)
1/4 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）
200g /1 1/2 cups plain flour （普通面粉）
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 25-30 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以150°C上下火烤25-30分钟。
