So I went Keto on december 2nd of 2018, I am 6'1" and weighted 290lbs. I lost 50lbs by the 1st of april, and am down to 203lbs today. I want to get to about 190 for my frame size, but keto is so much better than any diet I have ever tried. I eat good food and lay off the carbs and the weight just falls off of me. I still haven't started exercising, I want to get to my goal weight and then adjust my macro's to start adding muscle back in. I really cant recommend it enough, especially for people that have tried diets and gotten no where with them.

Beards man has a very valid point that's why I watch this series. I have 4 children and am married. Food is essential, something that always Wayne's over my head every Friday. That's why when I see these videos. It's exactly true to what he says. It makes you think an realize what you have at home in real life. An what you guys do is out of the box for this upcoming generation

I guessed you guys lost 8 lbs each. I think woody has a high metabolism. Maybe you guys can discuss. It did seem like you ate less, I mentioned that having coffee is a appetite suppressor as well; maybe thats why you didn't feel hungry. I need coffee in the morning too so not saying you shouldn't have it. Good work considering all the laws you have to follow. Cheers!

19:57 My whole life I've worked in the restaurant industry and I've seen how entitled people are about food. People bitch and complain about everything. On my days off I am grateful for a simple caprese salad and a glass of wine. Now that the world is suffering from Covid I keep thinking about all of the Karens who demanded brown rice with their sushi. While many of us are sheltering in place there is a whole world of hard working, under appreciated people who are working the fields, farms, and meat processing plants so that we can buy our free range chickens and Meyer lemons. These people, along with all essential workers, deserve not only our applause but a good living wage with health care as a right.

I really enjoyed this series in Maine. I have really enjoyed following you over the years. I actually live in Ecuador as a missionary, and I have wondered what a challenge would look like here. We can’t have guns here, which makes some of the hunting things more difficult. I have picked up a slingshot after watching your tutorial. I went from never being able to hit anything to hitting a tin can from 30 feet away 80% of the time just by your pointers. Thanks for that. Keep repping Jesus, and posting videos.

Actually early humans were not short. Early Hunter gathers were on average 2 inches taller then the average American. When agriculture came around the average height of humans dropped because of their poor diet. ( Mainly bread, meat, and beer ) just thought I'd share a fun fact with you guys. - Josh

use saltwater for a brine and watercress for pepper- leave the watercress in the cavity. don't even pluck the bird.- dig a pit and use heated rocks and vegetation to cover above and below- cover with dirt and build a fire above. bake for 7 to 10 hours.. use whatever spices you happen to have also but at the end the bird will slip out of it's skin tender and juicy. that is an old chuckwagon recipe from the trail drives of yesteryear.tho i think they actually had pepper. turkeys were plentiful in those days and a welcome alternative to a monotonous diet of beef. if you have salt and pepper just rub the bird inside the skin with those.

You guys rule. Such good info and content. Crazy hard to even attempt something like this. The average person couldn't handle sleeping in a tent. It's sad for thousands of yrs we as humans lived that way and even harder. The last 150 years turned us all into slaves to the grocery store. The knowledge you both show is so helpful. My kids and I love these and can't get enough. So thank you and Cheers to all you do!!!

Like most weight loss regimes, boredom is a big reason to both loose weight, and to stop the diet. Maybe that's another reason why you guys lost some weight, even though you felt like you were full. It's just boring to eat that way. Plus I really agree that you just had a few pounds to loose anyway.... But I will call liar on that backing up the boat! 😃😃. You had me for a minute. Good series to have it in town like that. Can't wait to see the up north one.

Another great adventure, it was fun to tag along here on KZbin. I was a bit surprised that you lost that much, because you ate a lot of food in the videos. But that only proves that we where meant to do more active works and not only sit by a desk and crunch numbers on a computer. It's inspiring to watch your movies and I wish it would be easier in Sweden to do similar things. We're allowed go hiking, collect wild berries, wild fruit, mushrooms and plants. But hunting is a totally different thing. We need hunter exam, landowners permission to hunt, gun license from the police and then you can finally buy a hunting weapon. And in springtime and summertime, you're not really allowed to hunt anything. Fishing is a possibility all year round, but it's still tricky because you need to know where to buy the fishing license. But still I would love to do something like this, even if it's difficult to make it happen. So keep up your good work, I will definitely see you coming videos.👍❤

Bo Eriksson hunting and fishing licenses are required in the USA as well. In Virginia where I live near the Chesapeake bay and the Atlantic Ocean, we have to have separate licenses for fresh water and salt water fishing and only commercial fishermen can harvest oysters from the bay. Crabbing and clam dogging is covered under either license with size and gender restrictions (egg bearing female crabs must be thrown back). Long story short, hunting and fishing is regulated every where you go.

I really appreciate that this season of the WLC touched on the tribe aspect. I'd love to see a future season with a full group of folks, say 6+ each divvying up duties, and seeing how it impacts your final numbers. Historically this isn't the kind of thing that'd be attempted with 1-2 people, even aboriginal long hunter parties were a dozen or more sharing in duties. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
