Was enjoying this documentary until the guy near the end gave a ‘tutorial’ on making coffee at home - particularly the part where he demonstrates the cappuccino and latte. Perhaps it’s because of his restaurant beginnings, maybe it’s just how they made them back then? But as someone who has worked in the coffee industry a few years, the thought of letting the milk separate for any drink, never mind a cappuccino, or making milk as dry as that for a latte😳. On the other hand, great documentary for it’s time! Would love to see something like this but more updated

It's just history now..I even had that crappy Braun "espresso" machine in 1994!! Total crap compared to now. Interesting history though..
