I owned the Weber Key, and now the Lagon 01. The Lagom is much better for light roasts. The key would choke up all the time.

the key is alright if you get it at a good price and season the burrs. lagom 01 is in completely different price point, bur geometry and size. why burrs did you get and can you do medium and darker roasts?

I got my Key half price and definitely think it's worth that price. But yeah, I wouldn't pay 2000 for it. It is good for light roasts but you reeeally gotta slow feed or it'll choke instantly, like you said.

They have the absolute worst customer service. Anybody reading this please do not buy something from them
