Hello everyone, today we prepare together a "mast" of Sicilian cuisine: THE GRANITA AL CAFFÈ. Good, fresh and frothy, it is always served with a good spoonful of cream and a brioche with tuppo. Its origins date back to Sicily under Arab rule, when they mixed snow with fruit juices: only later did they create many new flavors like this granita. It is really good and we highly recommend it to everyone, being an excellent alternative to the classic coffee !!
For this recipe we will need:
700ml of coffee
500ml of avqua
150g of organic whole cane sugar
